I have been teaching cooking & baking in people's homes and in my (old) apartment for over 6 years. Formerly Bourgeoisie Brunches, Mortar 'N Pestle focuses on food science and the "chemistry of the pan".
My philosophy is that anybody can learn how to cook, and I'm going to be the one to get you there. With custom menus, a relaxed teaching style to fit any skill level & recipes to make anyone look like a chef - you're in good hands with me!
